- Per building management, we are only allowed 1 set of keys for each reservation. Please plan accordingly!
- Parking Situation: This does NOT come with parking but there are plenty of parking garages and spaces nearby.
- Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed. Smoking violations are subject to a 1000 USD fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, or repair damages.
- A refundable $500 security deposit is required for bookings. This deposit will be collected separately before check-in and is fully refundable, provided there are no damages or violations of house rules during your stay.

1. Guests will be charged in full for any damages or violations of the house rules below.

2. Guests must be 18+ years of age to make a reservation.

3. Check-in starts at 3 pm. Checkout is at 10 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be requested but is not guaranteed. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses.

4. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed. Smoking violations are subject to a 1000 USD fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, or repair damages.

5. Guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed.

6. Pets are not allowed unless otherwise noted. Violation of our pet policy and unauthorized bringing of pets will result in a $500 fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.

7. Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.

8. Please double-check your belongings before checking out. Any items left behind in the unit may be discarded by our cleaning team, as we cannot guarantee their storage or return.

9. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities.

10. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses.

12. All guests must complete online check-in process to stay with us. This may require a photo of guests’ government-issued ID and personal information to verify their identity and comply with regulatory requirements.

13. All minors must be with a legal guardian or parent


14. Rebooking Policy: Hosts can accommodate 1 rebooking request for free 30 days prior the original check in date. Any rebooking request made less than 30 days before check in date will incur a $50 rebooking fee. New proposed date must be within the next 30 days from original check in date. We are not able to process any rebooking request if check in date is in the next 7 days. Price difference between original check in date and new check in date will apply.

15. We prioritize everyone's safety and kindly ask for your understanding that maintenance tasks must be carried out periodically. Our team will provide you with a 1-day notice before any scheduled maintenance. You are not required to stay in your unit during this time. You may wait for the team to arrive if you prefer or take any valuables with you. However, please do not block our team from accessing the property, as this could lead to more significant issues.
